A proper fact-find layout, sectioned into: - Top summary band: Total assets, Total liabilities, Net position, Gross annual income (with employment / other / rental breakdown), rough monthly surplus (income − repayments − expenses). - Income & Employment per contact: avatar, role, employer details, and Other Income items (rental, dividend, bonus, gov benefits, trust distributions, etc.) with frequency-aware annualisation. - Assets grouped by kind (Property / Vehicle / Offset / Savings / Shares / Super / etc.). Property cards show address, use (Owner-occupied / Investment / Holiday), weekly rent and the secured-loan summary inline (with computed LVR). Vehicles show make/model/year.
